- We ship within the United States. We do not ship to Canada.
- Shipping time: Half of our inventory ships directly from our warehouse usually within 1-2 business days. The other half of our inventory is curated from specialty vendors and ships within 1-2 weeks. If a style is from a special vendor curation, it will be noted in the product description.

RETURN / EXCHANGES:
- Our goal is to make your shopping experience with us as fun and easy as possible! We provide thorough product descriptions and measurements, but we know sometimes it just doesn't work out. We'll make sure you're taken care of!
- If an item doesn’t work out, we are happy to issue an account credit or refund. You must notify us of any returns within 4 business days of receiving the item by emailing us at BlackFeatherCompany@gmail.com
- No returns / exchanges will be accepted if not you do not email us within 4 business days of receiving the item.
- You will receive an email from us within 48 business hours on how to send back your return. Please do not send back your return until you receive instructions on sending it back from us. We got you!
- In order to return/exchange an item it must be unworn, tags on, in perfect condition. We will not process any returns for worn items, or items that you received longer than 4 business days ago. We encourage you to try on your items as soon as they arrive at your doorstep.
- We do not provide return shipping labels.
